BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 2811 South Hickory Street, being on the northwest line of South Hickory Street southwest of East 28th Street. Lots 183-186, block 16, Central Park Land Company Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 6, page 35, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 1403, page 135, ROHC, and deed book 780, page 565, ROHC. Tax Map No. 156I-F-5 and 6. from R-2 Residential Zone to M-1 Manufacturing Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to landscape screening along Hickory Street in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Section 1004. (1) and/or (2) of the Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
